Job Summary

A platform for buying and selling vehicles has a current position open for a Remote Finance and Insurance Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Effectively collaborating with the F&I Managers
• Planning the logistics for each session, ensuring there are no delays or interruptions with the training
• Reviewing feedback collected following each training session

Required Skills:

• Ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience
• Proven experience delivering highly engaging, high-impact training for sales reps of various skill and experience levels
• Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
• Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
• Experience training F&I
