Job Summary
A customer service ticketing platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Finance and Legal IT Business Applications Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Devising solutions and develop quarterly/yearly strategic roadmaps
- Driving projects related to area of responsibility & deliver end-to-end business solutions
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing business systems analysts, systems administrators and software configuration professionals
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience working with globally distributed teams
- 6+ years of F&S, Procurement and Legal business application support
- Experience administering and supporting mission critical global SaaS financial and legal applications
- Experience leading SaaS finance/legal business solutions support teams
