Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Finance and Operations Business Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning process
- Serve as the key advisor to the Chief Business Operations Officer
- Provide dashboards
Required Skills:
- BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years similar experience in FP&A and/or Business Planning
- Experience working with companies that have inventory
- Strong relationship building and experience driving change with senior leaders
- Strong business acumen
- Storytelling experience that weaves numbers with business context in a way that is accessible
