Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Finance and Operations Practice Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing strong relationships with finance and operations leaders
• Managing benchmarking projects to understand important sector trends
• Creating and codifying best-in-class tools and resources

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to run convenings, site visits, and other community-building events
• 3-7 years experience in a high-performing charter school/network or district
• Bachelor’s degree
• Expertise across finance, operations and/or enrollment
• Demonstrated project management experience that drives efficiency and excellence
• Ability to work seamlessly between high-level strategy and detail-oriented work
