Job Summary
A consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Finance and Operations Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategic oversight to all Human Resources and Talent Acquisition efforts
- Advising senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters
- Overseeing, directing, and organizing the work of the finance,operations, and talent teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Business or Accounting degree
- Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in a senior management role in a high-growth organization
- At least 5 years in a role as a CFO or VP of Finance
- Experience with companies with annual revenues of less than $25M and high growth rates
- Proven track record of instilling a high-performance mindset within a growing organization
