Job Summary
A non-profit technology and services company is seeking a Remote Finance Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in the development and reporting of constellation OKRs
- Creating and maintain Impact Reporting constellation statistics
- Assisting in the preparation of CEO and Board of Director periodic reporting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 6 years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and contracts
- Minimum 3 years management experience, union environment a plus
- Experience with accounting software packages, including implementations and enhancements
- Can onboard new members and vendors regarding financial policies and processes
- Familiarity with progressive movements and the advocacy space is desired
- Experience with accounting software, productivity, communications, and project management software is ideal
