Job Summary

A non-profit technology and services company is seeking a Remote Finance Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Participating in the development and reporting of constellation OKRs
Creating and maintain Impact Reporting constellation statistics
Assisting in the preparation of CEO and Board of Director periodic reporting

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Minimum 6 years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and contracts
Minimum 3 years management experience, union environment a plus
Experience with accounting software packages, including implementations and enhancements
Can onboard new members and vendors regarding financial policies and processes
Familiarity with progressive movements and the advocacy space is desired
Experience with accounting software, productivity, communications, and project management software is ideal
