Remote Finance Associate Director

Job Summary

A non-profit technology and services company is seeking a Remote Finance Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participating in the development and reporting of constellation OKRs
• Creating and maintain Impact Reporting constellation statistics
• Assisting in the preparation of CEO and Board of Director periodic reporting

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Minimum 6 years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and contracts
• Minimum 3 years management experience, union environment a plus
• Experience with accounting software packages, including implementations and enhancements
• Can onboard new members and vendors regarding financial policies and processes
• Familiarity with progressive movements and the advocacy space is desired
• Experience with accounting software, productivity, communications, and project management software is ideal
