Job Summary
A bank is in need of a Remote Finance Controller in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Be the financial lead for the company and work directly with the founders
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations and prepare financial statements
- Own the entire P&L of the company. Also lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- 6+ years of experience working in accounting and finance with at least 2 years working as a controller
- Relevant understanding and experience with technical US GAAP
- Understanding of accounting fintech companies specifically lending companies
- Should have experience managing hundreds of millions in cash inflows and outflows
- Able to work in a remote company environment
