Job Summary

A specialty fashion retailer is filling a position for a Remote Finance Corporate Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
• Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
• Extensive use of automated applicant tracking systems
• Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels of positions
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with various sourcing channels
