A not-for-profit higher education institution is in need of a Remote Finance Counselor I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interacting with students and contacts
- Applying financial aid, billing and registrar policies to all student interactions
- Helping students develop a financial strategy
Required Skills:
- Have successful access to the National Student Loan Data System
- Experience in a customer service related field
- Some college credits must be completed
