Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Finance Customer Care Representative in Las Vegas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assessing customers' various needs
- Advocating for the best solution to their problems
- Becoming a trusted advisor to customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to attend 6 week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday), including at least 2 days on-site
- At least a High School Diploma, equivalent certification, or GED
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong time management/multi-tasking skills in a virtual environment
- Exceptional listening, questioning and technical troubleshooting techniques
- High level of autonomy, self motivation and ethical self-management
