Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Finance Customer Care Representative in Las Vegas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assessing customers' various needs
  • Advocating for the best solution to their problems
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Availability to attend 6 week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday), including at least 2 days on-site
  • At least a High School Diploma, equivalent certification, or GED
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong time management/multi-tasking skills in a virtual environment
  • Exceptional listening, questioning and technical troubleshooting techniques
  • High level of autonomy, self motivation and ethical self-management
