Job Summary

A monetary services company that builds co-branded credit cards is in need of a Remote Finance Customer Experience Strategy Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Design and implement company’s CX, support, and service design function
  • Build robust and detailed workflows for core functions
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to implement customer support and servicing content

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of operational experience working directly with Zendesk, building and administering workflows
  • The ability to operate both strategically and tactically on large projects and day-to-day execution
  • Strong methodical problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing metrics and analyzing opportunities for improvement
