Job Summary
A monetary services company that builds co-branded credit cards is in need of a Remote Finance Customer Experience Strategy Lead.
Must be able to:
- Design and implement company’s CX, support, and service design function
- Build robust and detailed workflows for core functions
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to implement customer support and servicing content
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of operational experience working directly with Zendesk, building and administering workflows
- The ability to operate both strategically and tactically on large projects and day-to-day execution
- Strong methodical problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing metrics and analyzing opportunities for improvement
