Job Summary

A non-profit venture capital company is filling a position for a Remote Finance Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a senior business partner to CEO
• Developing a world class FP&A function, building and owning the company’s multi-year operating model
• Building and overseeing an accounting function to manage month close, taxes, compliance, customer invoicing

Qualifications for this position include:

• Background in FP&A, strategic finance, strategy consulting, or related field and a highly capable strategic thinker
• Deep experience leading and scaling finance organizations in a high growth start-up setting
• Experience leading or a key business partner in fundraising for venture backed companies
• Proficiency with SaaS business models, metrics, and KPIs
• Effective communication skills with a variety of audiences
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain high quality finance talent and build an exceptional team
