Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Finance Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and leading financial planning and analysis
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning initiatives
- Reviewing the financial structures of all other departments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years accounting/finance experience
- Experience at a top tier accounting firm serving venture capital & private equity fund clients
- Understanding of key venture capital fund characteristics and fund management concepts
- Familiarity with relevant securities laws (1940/1934 Acts; AIFMD)
- Expert understanding of valuation methodologies
- Expert knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
