Job Summary

A legal industry technology partner has a current position open for a Remote Finance Director.

Must be able to:

Review the monthly and quarterly board materials prepared by the team
Work with the team, maintain and update the weekly agile forecast for delivery to the Leadership team and Board
Review the quarterly lender reporting package and compliance documents

Position Requirements Include:

Experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm or in Financial Diligence
Minimum 8 year of progressive accounting or FP&A experience
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance, CPA or MBA Required
Strong team building and ability to partner across the organization at all levels
Experience with M&A including modeling, synergy and leverage analysis, financial diligence and/or post acquisition integration
Proficient project management skills
