Job Summary
A legal industry technology partner has a current position open for a Remote Finance Director.
Must be able to:
- Review the monthly and quarterly board materials prepared by the team
- Work with the team, maintain and update the weekly agile forecast for delivery to the Leadership team and Board
- Review the quarterly lender reporting package and compliance documents
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm or in Financial Diligence
- Minimum 8 year of progressive accounting or FP&A experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance, CPA or MBA Required
- Strong team building and ability to partner across the organization at all levels
- Experience with M&A including modeling, synergy and leverage analysis, financial diligence and/or post acquisition integration
- Proficient project management skills
