Remote Finance Director

Job Summary

A startup leveraging AI to streamline the insurance claim processing workflow has an open position for a Remote Finance Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being an active member of the leadership team, advising on the financial implications of business activities
• Being responsible for FP&A including planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and financial modeling
• Designing and implementing appropriate policies/procedures, internal controls, and accounting systems

Qualifications Include:

• CPA
• 3+ years working at a B2B SaaS company, familiarity with GAAP including revenue recognition
• Excellent technical, interpersonal, written, verbal, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage financial professionals
• Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and organization, meeting tight deadlines
• Exhibit independent drive and the ability to effectively prioritize, managing people, time, and resources accordingly
