Job Summary
A major financial and banking institution is filling a position for a Remote Finance Documentation Syndication Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of collaboration among all key stakeholders
- Manage due diligence requests and data requests from investors
- Monitor the closing process and progress of all transactions in pipeline
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Periodic visits to either the Chicago, Illinois or Johnston, Rhode Island offices
- 5 years experience in documentation
- Capital Markets (Syndication) experience
- A high level of attention to detail and an understanding of lien perfection requirements
- Operations background/experience
- An understanding of lease/loan documentation requirements
