Job Summary

An employee information company is filling a position for a Remote Finance Global Functional Controller.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Manage complex global functions including compensation, technology expenses, software capitalization, and cost of goods sold
• Manage the monthly and quarterly financial reporting close process
• Evaluate, design and implement strong processes and internal controls

Qualifications for this position include:

• CPA is a must
• Minimum of 12 years of combined accounting and finance experience
• Must have experience in Public Accounting from a BIG 5
• Experience as a Divisional or Business Unit Controller / Controller / Assistant Controller with 8 to 10 years of private Accounting experience
• Excellent Excel skills along with solid presentation skills
• Experience managing a remote team across multiple time zones
