A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Finance Litigation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with and manage outside counsel
- Developing the legal department's processes as we scale
- Advising internally on legal issues, agreements, company policies and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Juris Doctorate Degree required, bar admission and in good standing in at least one state
- 5 or more years of in-house legal experience
- Experience working in a fast-growing FinTech company
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed organizations
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
