Remote Finance Manager

Job Summary

A real estate company is seeking a Remote Finance Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting
• Review balance sheet account analysis, statement of cash flows and supporting schedules and standard consolidated reporting packs
• Conduct other special financial and business studies and other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a business related field
• 6 years related experience to include at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Ability to apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and work collaboratively with business partners
