Job Summary
A real estate company is seeking a Remote Finance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading budgeting process, forecasting process, tactical planning process, and standard management reporting
- Reviewing and approving balance sheet account analysis, statement of cash flows and supporting schedules
- Conducting other special financial and business studies and other duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university in a business related field including 6 years related experience
- 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity
- Provide efficient, timely, and courteous service to customers
- In-depth knowledge of financial terms, principles, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Calculate figures and forecast and prepare budgets
