Remote Finance Manager

Job Summary

A digital mental health provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Finance Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reporting to the Finance Lead
• Guiding the annual operating budget and forecasting process
• Developing a rhythm to report on budget-to-actual variances and KPI pacing with Department leads and Executives

Position Requirements Include:

• 4+ years of in investment banking, private equity, or Strategic Finance, or FP&A at a Series A to C technology company
• Experience working in healthcare or clinical services, or a similar tech-enabled services industry
• Experience building excel models from scratch
• Experience working on daily execution to achieve targets and developing scalable processes
• GAAP proficiency
• Knowledge of Analytics tools or BI reporting tools
