Job Summary
A digital mental health provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Finance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reporting to the Finance Lead
- Guiding the annual operating budget and forecasting process
- Developing a rhythm to report on budget-to-actual variances and KPI pacing with Department leads and Executives
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of in investment banking, private equity, or Strategic Finance, or FP&A at a Series A to C technology company
- Experience working in healthcare or clinical services, or a similar tech-enabled services industry
- Experience building excel models from scratch
- Experience working on daily execution to achieve targets and developing scalable processes
- GAAP proficiency
- Knowledge of Analytics tools or BI reporting tools
