Job Summary
An educational services provider has an open position for a Remote Finance Manager and Lead Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and managing value-added analysis that caters to the needs of executives, sales, and financial audiences
- Developing methodology and rigor around unit economics reporting and analysis
- Helping to standardize and improve financial processes allowing for effective and timely decision making
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of finance-related experience, preferably in a financial planning and analysis role
- A BS or BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science or quantitative field
- Extensive experience with Excel (financial modeling, advanced functions, pivot tables, Power BI, macros, graphs/charts) and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a fervent attention to detail and accuracy
- An intellectual curiosity to explore new and different ways of doing things
- A self-starter attitude, with ability to work under pressure, prioritize responsibilities on multiple projects simultaneously and work independently to meet tight deadlines
