Remote Finance Manager I

Job Summary

Providing accounting and finance support remotely, the full-time salaried Finance Manager I will ensure timely and accurate financial transactions, conduct financial analysis, and support process improvements while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform period-end reviews and develop journal entry support for financial statements
• Analyze cost structures and conduct variance analysis to provide insights and recommendations
• Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance within finance operations

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan)
• Experience with accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
