A company in educational equity needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Finance Managing Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as an active member of the Executive Team
- Ensuring that the Finance team’s goals and activities are aligned with other functions
- Leading the Finance Committee, a sub-committee of the National Board of Directors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in nonprofit financial management or leadership
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage systems and processes
- Training and experience with anti-racist practices
- Strong analytical skills, particularly financial, and track record of using data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional listening, trust-building, an ability to lead, coach, and support
- Excellent problem-solving, operational, and communication skills
