Job Summary

A provider of recruiting software is in need of a Remote Finance Process Excellence Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Defining the scope, kicking-off, managing, and executing every phase of complex departmental programs
• Identifying and tracking opportunities to improve the impact and experience for our customers and internal teams
• Flagging and working to resolve bottlenecks as needed to ensure projects move forward efficiently

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years experience in operations or project management role
• Experience at a high growth SaaS startup.
• Highly structured, results driven & eager to make an impact
• Organized & goal-oriented with attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills focused on collaboration, building links and relationships within diverse teams
