Job Summary

An elementary school is in need of a Remote Finance Specialist in Indianapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness in processing and reporting
• Ensuring that all retirement plan contributions are submitted within 5 days of each payroll
• Assisting with payroll reporting and journal entries

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years minimum relevant payroll and retirement plan experience
• Experience working in an education or non-profit environment
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Experience with Quickbooks and Excel
• Must be organized to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Maintain confidentiality as required and appropriate
