A logistics technology company is in need of a Remote Finance Team Vice President in Ventura.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving and managing the financial initiatives, budgeting processes, and KPI tracking
- Creating a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure
- Partnering with senior leaders to ensure the company hits revenue targets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven work experience as a leader in a Finance Department
- Expertise in financial model management, creation, and adjustment of that model
- Experience managing an internal employee equity budget
- An understanding of managing burn and decreasing burn through cost reductions
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Solid analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
