Job Summary
A court reporting company is in need of a Remote Finance Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing reliable current and forecasting monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements
- Providing leadership and oversight of the Finance team
- Ensuring a robust business planning process that incorporates market rate setting, capital planning and financial planning
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 15 years progressive Finance and Accounting experience
- Possesses critical knowledge of federal and multiple state tax laws as well as basic accounting issues
- Experience in M&A, Financing, Capital raises, etc
