A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Advising Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiting Leaders to identify and build relationships with local groups
- Attract and recruit qualified and diverse candidates
- Focus on building a network
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Building a network in-person and remotely
- 5 + years experience in recruiting and interviewing experience in financial services
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to leverage a developed network of successful financial advisors
