Job Summary
An investment services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Advisor Services Associate in Phoenix.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting advisors with transactional requests through a mix of inbound and outbound calls
- Providing outstanding client service with a “one call resolution” mentality
- Championing client use of the company's digital platform and providing website navigational support
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage transactional work
- Able to develop a full understanding of the business and the financial services industry
- A desire to work in an inbound phone environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Aptitude and passion for working with technology
