Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Advisor Study Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage Financial Advisor Trainee’s performance
• Provide consulting to supplement our vendor in order to help FA trainees Onboard
• Manage performance by communicating performance expectations/requirements

Position Requirements Include:

• Series 7 and 66 license obtained within first 10 weeks of hire
• 1-2 years training or performance management experience
• The ability to facilitate conversations and train content
• Active listening and strategic thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set and communicate clear, measurable expectations
