Job Summary
An institute for higher education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Aid Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answer student questions and anticipate financial concerns
- Inform and advise students and parents regarding eligibility and responsibilities of financial aid programs
- Review and evaluate required documentation and package awards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to keep students informed of their financial aid file and refund status
- Must be able to assist with the general financial aid phone line, inbox, and front desk
- Must be able to check NSLDS (National Student Loan Data System) and COD
- Must be able to work with other departments on all continuing students who have not completed their financial aid file
