General Summary:
eXp Realty is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for its growing FP&A department. Central to this role is the partnership with assigned business units. The right person for this role will be determined, inquisitive, and extremely analytical. They must be able to manage competing priorities while remaining agile.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Be a true business partner to the assigned business units, knowing the insides-and-outs of the business, while anticipating potential data and reporting needs.
Build, maintain, and automate complex and dynamic financial models to provide data-driven, actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Perform sensitivity and incremental cost-benefit decision analysis in order to provide analytical support for business initiatives.
Assist with the forecasting and financial reporting process.
Deliver and craft high-quality presentations for the executive team and the Board of Directors.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or closely related field required
Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in a Finance department, including financial modeling, M&A analysis, and budgeting/forecasting. Experience with international segments a plus.
Advanced Excel, including complex/nested formulas, macros/VBA, etc.
Thorough understanding of the business enterprise inclusive but not limited to Sales, Operations, Financial Statements, Resource Planning, Capital Planning, etc.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
Tenacious personality; someone who is not afraid to ask the hard questions.
