Job Summary

An automotive retailer has an open position for a Remote Financial Analyst Facilities Contracts Administrator in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing contract administration assignments for all phases of contractual undertakings
  • Coordinating the preparation and revision of contracts and supply agreements
  • Ensuring all contracts/supply agreements have been entered as commitments

Position Requirements Include:

  • A candidate with a strong background in project process and procedure is essential
  • General knowledge of real estate and construction management and associated general office/administrative processes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective task planning
  • Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite, finance reporting tools
  • Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills
