Job Summary
An automotive retailer has an open position for a Remote Financial Analyst Facilities Contracts Administrator in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing contract administration assignments for all phases of contractual undertakings
- Coordinating the preparation and revision of contracts and supply agreements
- Ensuring all contracts/supply agreements have been entered as commitments
Position Requirements Include:
- A candidate with a strong background in project process and procedure is essential
- General knowledge of real estate and construction management and associated general office/administrative processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective task planning
- Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite, finance reporting tools
- Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills
