Job Summary

A discount residential real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Analyst II.

Must be able to:

  • Help us plan and manage our business
  • Create detailed financial models and evaluate projects and investments
  • Support budget development and build regular financial estimates

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance or another technical/STEM Field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Expert in Excel, and are comfortable using various tools to extract and analyze data
  • Have some knowledge or experience with SQL or other data analysis programming languages
  • Have strong financial skills and experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
