Job Summary

A financial analytics software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Analytics Software Senior Principal Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Enhancing productivity and quality, coach and solve complex problems within technology areas
  • Involving in setting direction and overall vision for platform development
  • Participating in architectural design of the platform

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, related disciplines, or relevant experience
  • Extensive software engineering background with proficiency in developing enterprise-scale web/cloud-based commercial software
  • Well versed in Java development, particularly standard Java application frameworks such as Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Experienced in Kubernetes, AWS, Docker technologies
  • Experience with Kafka, Ignite, Relational and No SQL Databases
  • Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large distributed systems with microservices
