Job Summary
A financial well-being company has a current position open for a Remote Financial and Billing Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support to Outside Counsel from onboarding to accruals, rate management, invoicing, budgets
- Providing training and guidance to in-house attorneys on billing guidelines and invoice review procedures
- Providing support and training to the department on proper expense submissions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and billing
- Technical knowledge of legal e-billing systems and best practices
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise of functional areas supported
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills, Power BI skills
- Ability to analyze data and propose methods for continuous improvement in outside counsel and financial management
