Job Summary
A mortgage and finance industries’ leading provider of integrated technology, data and analytics is seeking a Remote Financial Application Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Review individual client cases and prioritizes remediation solutions
- Serve as liaison between internal development teams and clients
- Expertly research and document client needs, technology, or regulations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- 4+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience
- Ability to read .NET code to determine and identify bugs/defects
- Ability to read and write SQL statements
