Job Summary
A private, for-profit educational institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Assistance Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advise students, using multiple remote technologies (Zoom, Microsoft teams)
- Collect and/or analyze financial data on students to determine financial aid eligibility
- Evaluate unusual/mitigating circumstance documentation or information provided by the student
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with standard office and mobile applications
- Ability to quickly master new methodologies, technologies and systems
