Job Summary
A network of primarily remote tech companies is seeking a Remote Financial Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that our organization has its bookkeeping in order
- Supporting our accounting operations including daily bookkeeping management
- Supporting our tax compliance process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a finance role, ideally with SaaS business model
- Good knowledge of US GAAP and ASC606
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Quickbooks)
- Experience on applicable rules and procedures within US and Europe
- Ability to work independently, collaborating with teams across multiple zones and countries
