Job Summary
A higher education institute is in need of a Remote Financial Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding financial transaction services to faculty, staff, students, and researchers
- Complete all transaction activities such as procurement card, purchasing, reimbursement processing, etc
- Act as the primary contact to answer questions or resolve issues regarding financial transactions or financial policies
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2 years in an office setting
- Formal training beyond HS diploma of 6 months to one year
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated success as member of a functional team
