Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Brokerage Associate.
Must be able to:
- Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
- Handle client trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options and Fixed Income securities
- Engage customers in an Investment Recommendation Conversation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of financial customer service experience
- Brokerage and mutual fund trading experience
- Strong technological skills
- Comprehensive PC skills
- Comprehensive professional skills
- Ability to multi-task across systems
