A financial service company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Call Center Service Representative in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
- Making appropriate referrals for other bank products and services
- Assisting customers with questions regarding checking & savings accounts, loans, etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- Class begins on April 13, 2020
- This position has the option of Work from Home after 6 months
- Working knowledge of bank products and cross selling
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent
- Requires good follow-through
- Knowledge of various computer software including spreadsheets and word processing
