Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system is filling a position for a Remote Financial Care Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work in a call center environment and interact with customers to deliver exceptional service
• Receive inbound patient and customer inquiries
• Answer questions about billing and collections, explain financial policies and programs

Qualifications for this position include:

• Knowledge of basic accounting, patient financial practices, and governmental and legal rules and regulations
• One year experience in healthcare billing, medical insurance and benefits, or finance background
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
