Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Claims Customer Service Representative I or II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage
  • Inspecting damaged property and completing appropriate estimates and documentation
  • Working toward claim resolution by maintaining regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • Valid U.S. State-issued driver’s license
  • Possess basic knowledge of material damage
  • Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
