Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Claims Customer Service Representative I or II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage
- Inspecting damaged property and completing appropriate estimates and documentation
- Working toward claim resolution by maintaining regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Valid U.S. State-issued driver’s license
- Possess basic knowledge of material damage
- Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
