Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Client Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Tracking activities in CRM
Acting as the secondary intake point for any Customer inquiries
Being responsible for fulfilling reporting requests from customers

Qualifications Include:

Degree with 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledgeable, service oriented professional approach
Must be very responsive, resolving service issues as quickly as possible
