Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Remote Financial Client Sales Manager in Mesa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy
- Work with Marketing to implementation new plans and promotions
- Prepare action plans for individuals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Recent management experience, or 1-3 years of sales experience with payroll and HR services
- Payroll or related industry experience
- Experience in all aspects of B2B relationship management
- Knowledge with solutions selling to small and medium size businesses
- 2 years of proven and documented success record in leadership, with the ability to drive sales teams
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
