Remote Financial Collections Account Representative

Job Summary

A financial services provider has an open position for a Remote Financial Collections Account Representative.

Must be able to:

• Verify, update, and maintain customer demographics
• Follow up on customer inquiries
• Make calls to borrowers with delinquent real estate loans and lines of credit

Qualifications Include:

• 3 -5 years experience in collections, preferably in real estate secured portfolios
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and oral and written communication skills
• Extensive collections experience, including working in a fast-paced dialer environment
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Noble dialer web-based application
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and state/federal regulations, and departmental policies and procedures
