Remote Financial Compliance Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A next-generation financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Compliance Assurance Manager.

Must be able to:

• Execute the delivery of assurance reviews that provide risk and control insight
• Clearly articulate and document findings including the issue itself, impact to the business and root cause
• Escalate significant issues identified in a timely manner

Required Skills:

• Subject matter experience regarding compliance testing and monitoring programs, risk management frameworks, etc
• Strong team player who is persuasive, with good communication and influencing skills
• Experience in compliance, operations or project management, or other relevant experience
• Knowledge of the FS industry and in particular how great customer journeys and communications impacts customer comprehension
• Good knowledge of our target customers, customer journey and customer communications
• Detailed knowledge of operational processes and the impact these have in a service environment
