Key Responsibilities

• Optimize AR, AP, Payroll, and Accounting Operations to ensure efficient processes
• Strengthen Internal Controls and Cash Governance by implementing robust financial controls
• Oversee Month-End Close and Multi-Entity Reporting for timely and accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Fluent in Russian and English
• In-Depth Knowledge of US GAAP
• 7+ Years in Controllership / Finance Operations
• Experience Working in the US financial environment
• Experience in Multi-Entity, $10M+ Revenue Organizations
